Amazing how you kept your cool. I probably would have blacked out and smashed the guy in the face. Hopefully I wouldn't have but man, saying all that crap on front everybody plus how you've been treated. The first thought that started going for my mind was smashing that prick in the face.
Post all the bad reviews you can on Yelp Facebook and any other social media site as possible with all the details and how he responded in front of everyone.
Good luck getting your truck squared away. It's a great truck but occasionally there have been some issues that any decent dealership should be able to fix.

We should all bombard service department with calls asking if we bring our cars in for service if we are going to be denied service. That'll quickly piss them off.

Took truck in with a suspected(pretty obvious) head gasket seal leak. Got a call, around noon, the same day...said they needed to run a compression test. I said cool, go ahead, no prob.
Tuesday came by....."tech is diagnosing problem"
    Wednesday, "tech is diagnosing problem"

I explained to them that it is my only mode of transportation and that I wanted loaner vehicle, because it is covered under my extended warranty. They said no, because they don't know what the problem is. I said, that's exactly why I needed a vehicle....because they can't seem to'/don't want to figure out the problem.
I have not received a call back from them. I have had to call to check the status of my vehicle.....not even a call to tell me that they have not found the cause of the problem.
I am going to go to the dealer after class....to see what's going on. If their tech can't diagnose it, they need to call Corporate and let them know. Corporate will need to send an engineer to help them figure the problem out.
It bothers me ALOT that they do not seem to want to proceed with the appropriate "chain of action".

I'll be interested to see how this turns out, it's an interesting situation. A person buys a product from an international company, the company's local rep. treats the customer poorly, the customer complains on social media, which causes the company's local rep. to then kick out the customer the next time they come back to the local rep. Definitely poor customer service and poor public relations for the company, but do they care? Toyota has tons of positive PR every day, that's probably part of the reason many of us own a Tacoma. Is it worth it to the company to continue to ban a complainer? Does banning the complainer, and not minding if that word gets around, tend to suppress other complainers? I would think it would be in the best interests of PR for Toyota to reverse course and allow the complainer back in, but maybe not? It sounds like the dealer is looking into it, but are they really? Maybe they would prefer the complainer never return?

@navin r -- you do realize that Toyota doesn't own the dealerships, right? While they can exert pressure and sanctions on dealers, any banning of the OP from that dealership isn't Toyota's doing.
