We almost ran him over with the snowmobiles in Vermont one year.
He was cross country skiing on the sled trail.
That would have made the supermarket rags.

Good afternoon folks. Sitting in MCAS Yuma pharmacy waiting on my med refills. Every time I go onto any base I usually end up asking myself "...was I ever really that young??! And just when did I get this old?"

Anyway, the anniversary celebratory 4 day weekend was nice and quiet and I was in great company...of course the same question (as above) came to mind again. But 25 years ago seems like yesterday when you're with the right person.

Evening all! Not sure how I did it, but I've pulled the tendon on my right bicep. Hurts when shifting the truck and reverse takes 2 hands.

Work was better today. Retired Navy Senior Chief was in a good mood. He got his way yesterday which is fine by me as he is the customer.

I've been, again, looking at (read lusting for) ARB bumpers for the truck. One of these days I might just pull the trigger...

    Oh that sucks.
Top or bottom end of bicep?
Be careful. I thought I pulled mine a few years back and it ended up being an 80% tear.
Worked with it for 2 years before I got it fixed.I got cut below the elbow on the inside of forearm.

    Bottom going into the elbow...

I had strained it about a year ago this past Feb drilling into concrete with a hammer drill when installing a central vac system. It took a good 3 months to go away. Sunday, it started to hurt again. Not sure what I did but I'm not happy, especially being spring and things need to get done!
