We have a 50/50 now, so I'd have to agree for my daughter ti leave. I told my baby mama that I don't care if she leaves this June, she's just not taking my daughter with her to live with a complete stranger, she agreed to that. I'll probably shoot for full custody, again, while she's away. It'll give me some time to meet with my lawyer.

You can also argue that your daughter is fully established here with family and school and friends. Also if you offer to ensure that she can have unfettered access to talk to, call, Skype, email her mom, basically show the judge that you care that she has a relationship with her mom while living apart you could be viewed as the "better suited" parent for your daughter's wellbeing. Judges are big on that. Show that you have her interests first and it's not about punishing her mom. Good luck bro!
