    Crud picture of the wideband.

Afrs are good. Trims are good. Boost AFR's are good too for a stock system, 12:1-13:1 at 4.5 psi
I'll be tuning the 650's this weekend hopefully. :D

Im also thinking about getting these ebay lights.

Insulate your intake tubes next to the turbo. Even with the turbo blanket, they will get HOT.

I used insulation tape that did well on the alu but didnt stick too well on the silicon couplings.

Yeah it's probably not to good when its just sitting after running, but when the truck is on and intaking air through the pipes it probably ok since the pipes cool themselves. I don't really have anything to insulate them with right now though...

It get hot. Very hot. When I touched mine, it was hot to the touch right after an average drive.

I used this and its much better managed:

    https://www.amazon.com/Heatshield-Products-340020-Thermaflect-Shield/dp/B004GJQAK0/ref=sr_1_20?ie=UTF8&qid=1493404692&sr=8-20&keywords=High+temperature+tape&th=1

It didn't do too well on the silicon but it sticks very well on the Alu. I did one layer all around and a second layer facing the turbo.

I'd get smaller injectors. Since I converted to e85 and my injectors are spraying a lot more and are in the range they are meant for my truck hasn't ran better. I don't know if you ever got to the bottom of your over fueling issue but I'm almost certain it was due to a poor tune combined with too large of injectors. I was able to make mine work on gas but it took a lot of time and I was having to alter the tune pretty much every 10 degrees of ambient change. The fuel trims become less and less effective as the injector size increases.

Ahh, but not with high quality injectors, and a capable tuning device.

I did fix the over fueling issue. Don't know what I did but yeah...I still need to swap in the 650cc's and fic but I'm pretty sure I'm ok.

In the early stages of trouble shooting I tried changing the tune with no effect whatsoever.

I haven't had time to swap stuff yet but I may this weekend.

Got Bilstein 4600 front shocks, Energy suspension polyurethane power steering rack bushings and Prothane sway bar bushings as well as new shock tower top hats since the oem ones are totally dry rotted. Pics and install this weekend :D

Lots of pics and things ahead!

Lets start with the suspension stuff I did this weekend.

These first pictures are of Prothane sway bar bushings and end link bushings.
    IMG_20170509_161414377_HDR.jpg
    27mm sway bar bushings
    IMG_20170509_161450013_HDR.jpg
    Installed on monday.
Overall Impressions vs my dry rotted and cracked bushings:
    1. Less side-to-side sway (as you'd expect)
    2. Less body roll
    3. Way less "rebound" I guess you could say when coming out of a hard turn.
Overall tightened up the handling along with the PS bushings I installed.

Below is a picture of the PS with new poly bushings, I didn't get install pics and the bushings I got were black so sadly you can't really see them, But trust me they're there!
    IMG_20170508_174841227.jpg
Impressions: I believe this is also due to the new 4600 Bilsteins, however at speeds of 55mph+ I had really bad steering wheel wobble but that is no longer the case!
    1. No more steering wobble
    2. Much tighter steering over the super floppy oil soaked rubber bushings
    3. less sway side to side on the highway/freeway.

    Now to the 4600 Bilsteins

Below are the newly installed Billies and tophats
    IMG_20170508_174806529.jpg
    Tophat seen above
Shot of a 4600 at the lower control arm below

Shock sticking out the top of the new tophat below
    IMG_20170505_195941673_TOP.jpg

    Rented spring compressor below.
Let's stop here and realize my heart ache.
You'll notice below that I have the spring perch installed backwards lol. This caused so many issues initially and I ended up taking both sides off and on again about 4 times per side... Needless to say I can replace 1st gen coilovers in like 30 minutes now lol :D
    IMG_20170505_195931372.jpg

Lower control are decided to eat my punch
Note to future readers: Unbolting the sway bar helps alot with LC movement and helps to seat the coilover.
    IMG_20170504_213733154.jpg

I also unbolted the lower ball joint and this helps with moving things around as well
    IMG_20170504_213724501.jpg

    My view for hours...
    IMG_20170504_213706615.jpg

    Now on to other things!

Have you also had your A/C knobs come off? Or bought your truck with missing trim pieces?

Well When I bought my truck it was missing some things, knobs, trim, covers, lights etc... So I decided to design and print new A/C knobs.

    IMG_20170510_162118932_HDR.jpg
From Left to right are versions 1-12.
I had a hard time modeling the knob for the A/C controls since it's so curved and what not but I eventually got it really close to the original version.
The black one on the end is the final version.

    IMG_20170510_171230896.jpg
Here they are on the HVAC panel

    IMG_20170510_162202995.jpg

    side by side
    IMG_20170510_162154230.jpg

I am selling these! I'll make a separate thread in the 1st gen section soon.
The above ones are black PLA and are a snug push fit into the original position.

I've also had really weak windshield washer nozzles ever since owning the truck even after replacing the reservoir/pump.
I boiled them in vinegar and they work great now! (good as new? I dunno I didn't have the truck when it was new...)
    IMG_20170508_174333425.jpg

And thanks to @StAndrew for this intercooler! This thing is wwaaaaaaaaaaaaayyy bigger than the one I have currently which gets kinda warm in the summer. Im hoping this much bigger IC cures my hot issue in the summer.
    IMG_20170505_171715122.jpg

This is alot to post all at once so if y'all have questions about something that I may have said that didn't make sense just ask lol.

I'll also post some more pictures tomorrow since I left some stuff out.

    Soon to come:
    1. Satoshi on the grill and bumper
    2. Clear headlight lenses and side markers
    3. rear sway bar
    4. new tires

Yeah, that thing is way overkill. Hope you figure a good mounting. I tried multiple mounts but couldn't get it to fit anywhere without cutting out those AC lines.

Because you have to loosen your LC bolt and camber plates and I didn't feel like paying for an alignment afterwards :D
