Is the 2010 V-6 engine valve safe?

    I think it is an interference engine. It has a timing chain though so that is not likely to break.

    The 1GR-FE V6 in the Tacoma is non-interference.

    Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
    x2 The FSM would indicate an interference engine with a warning regarding turning the crank with the timing chain removed.
