Just make smaller changes over time, you know what bad crap you do better than anyone, and ingrain them into your habits little bits at a time. For some people's psych (like mine), this works better than any Draconian plan or fad-o-de-week.

 

I want a magic pill that tells me to quit smoking and avoid fastfood.
