Yea, I will let you know what price they say for just the rear doors, side shell glass, and rear shell glass.

Have them match the rear of your truck windows. Remember that you are going to be looking through 2 windows. I had that setup on my shell, and it looked pretty dark from all angles. 5% would be tough to see for sure.

Yea, that is why I think I am just going to do the rear doors, side windows on shell, and the rear glass door of the shell so it all matches, but does not make it literally impossible to see out of the rear view mirror

My truck came with factory tint. I've toyed with the idea of having doors, shell sides, and shell rear all done darker, and cab rear removed.

Y'all looked into removing the factory tint at all?

The only 'factory' tint is the back glass and rear doors, which are tinted glass. If your front doors are tinted it's a film to match, probably done by the dealer. Just fyi

Unless they did not read my question all the way... that price included removing the dealer tint wherever it was and putting on 5%.

Yep. Shell glass if tinted should be actual tinted glass from Factory.

My FRS one day. This was too cheap to not pick up. Precision 5858 (which I'm probably going to sell for a GT2871R since this one is too big and laggy for my goals; the PO made 540whp on it on 33psi lol), FBM manifold and downpipe, Precision 39mm WG, TiAL BOV.

It's crazy the amount of power you can get out of a 4 cylinder with some bolt ons. I'd like to get a PT6262 for the Supra one day, but the truck has taken all my attention lately. Can't afford two builds at the same time.

I'm a big supporter of usable power and not power just to be basically bragging rights. I'm going for 290-300whp and in a 2800lb RWD sports car, that's already pretty damn quick haha. Don't need or want more than that at all.

Sell supra and turbo the truck?

Or swap the supra engine into the Tacoma?

One day i hope my spare turbo engine will go in a project Toyota pickup or 4runner. Gotta finish the other vehicles first.

Yep, my Evo was stock block, stock head, stock turbo. Made 398/421 on a Mustang dyno at 30 psi on E85. I miss that car sooooooooooooo much.

Ha, and my 92 Supra Turbo came with a whopping 225hp from the factory. I'm just around 350hp now and looking to go to a reliable 450-500. Like @c4lvinnn I'm a believer in usable hp. I know I could get 800+ but really don't know if I'd ever get close to using that. I don't race and never plan to.

400whp in my Evo was enough to pull Z06's and Gallardos from a roll. I was good with it. I was $2000 away from 600whp. But then the reliability would have been in question.
