At least double the cost. If you aren't doing the fab work then more like 4x as much

Scraping is not a concern. It's more along the lines of bashing, smashing & slamming.

But with that said. I'm still leaning towards the SUA.

I've got a solution... Watch out for big rocks.

That's my exact rational with the spring under. Just try to drive on top instead of over.

Did you have to bulge out the bedsides? My tires currently are wider than my bedsides are.

Def looks legit man, you should take a pic of the bulging process if you dont mind. I dont know if the second gen besides work well with the bulging tactic, but yours are looking good.

It's all good in the hood. I do. Just know your limits and where the lowest points are.

DMZ SUA kit with 11 Leaf Deaver HD pack. Although @dirt designs did come out with a 3 link setup for OEM gas tank/frame setups. I am considering as my rear sags when loaded all up.

Any other info that you could provide on the dirt designs 3 link rear setup? I just read through the entire dirt designs thread and holy smokes do they make a sweet front LT setup. Would love to see the rear kit.

Does anyone know the length of the springs on the TC SUA bolt on kit?

Like in regards to what measurements? Leaf pack eyelet dimensions?

They are the same eye to eye as your stock springs give or take. That's how they can use the same mounts. They have more arc, but you'd probably have to call them or Deaver to find out how much unless someone wants to jack their truck up and measure - not sure why you'd want that measurement though.

Some of the bolt on kits are specced as 62" or 64". I wanted to see if anyone knew if it was comparable.

The bolt on kits you are referring to use a longer shackle, that's why they can fit 62" and 64" springs. The TC kit shackle is the stock length so the Deavers that are used with the kit are a 57" eye to eye length.

Ah so that's where the compromise is with travel.

    Thanks!

Yeah these kits aren't what most people would consider true bolt on although they are referred to as such because they require you to remove stock parts and drill / punch out rivets and install a whole new shackle hanger. The TC kit is plug n play besides the spring perches and presumably shock mounts so you're really set up more for a long mid travel SUA instead of true long travel - better than most SOA for certain things, but not going to perform at the level of a fully custom bolt or weld on kit with longer springs.
