Make more accessories like CB antenna mounts, tie downs, etc..

Offer Line-X or some equivalent in addition to powder coating.

Other than that I just want to say the skids and sliders from you are great and your customer service was top notch when I dealt with you guys.

Keep up the good work!

    Thank you for the comments!

So in lieu of the first, we are working on those now! Just finished a few and are working on photos and pricing.

As for Line-X, we do not offer it because we have seen how poorly it holds up in the real world. We had a customer do them on his sliders, stuff peeled off with no effort. Maybe because of poor prep? IDK but also, our powder is super durable and affordable. We couldn't find a good place to do Line-X for a reasonable rate. But we will continue to look into it and maybe come up with a solution.

Buy some ConX's and stage them on your property for storage. They are actually fairly cheap. We paid $60 a month for renting them, but they're really only a few grand to purchase. Only problem with them is moisture. But you can always add climate control to em to reduce that. This way you have more product on the shelf ready to ship out. Or even a pole barn for storage as well.

We are most likely moving to a shop first of the year that is over twice the size as to what we are in now. We aren't allowed to add any structures or containers to the property per town ordinance. Sucks

We could add a trailer, like the one that is already there. Pretty much the same as a conex box.

The website is getting the job done but it might be time for and update. Damn thing never let me choose 2016 sliders without jumping through some hoops.

Discounts for non-engineer types that might do install write ups for you :anonymous:

I'm working on instructions now. We thought they were good but we also know they inside and out. So now I'm working on making Installation videos for all products.

The website was great but now that we are offering more items, with more variations and more styles to ship it is struggling a little. We have been working on it for a while now trying to get a better grasp on it.

What's funny about the instructions is we were proud of them. Pics at each step, detail instructions with each pic, front page has a tool list and what's included with the product.

I've seen lots of instructions from many vendors and they're to be desired to say the least. Most of them would basically state "Remove factory parts, puts ours on." One page, words only, no tool list. We've installed a lot of competitors products for people.

We have tons of shirt color options, sizes and two different logos. No one ever buys them. Only time they move is when we give them away...

We have more shirt configurations than actual products which is why our site often gets flagged when people buy something. Someone tries to buy $600 set of sliders and it comes up as a tshirt website...

Don't start a thread asking for feedback then argue every point.

No. We did it with the slider Group Buy and occasionally we will send one to someone if something happened. But we literally have sold less than 5 shirts in 2 years... Plus we don't make a penny on them. We charge what we pay.

These, weren't meant to be critical, sorry if it came across that way. You know I love Mobtown.

The instructions have always worked for me. I see it mentioned on the boards here though. I know you guys are always more than helpful and the rest of us help when we can.

Web designing is not my thing but I could possibly put you in contact with people that could if you needed. I'm sure there are plenty of starving web designers floating around.
