I just wanted to take the time to say that they are great people over there. No one bugs the shit out of you asking if you want to buy all kinds of crap or need a service. Everything I have had them do for me has been top notch and done in a timely manor. If you need parts Their parts guy John Porras is a great dude and will get you what you need. Today I went in to get a oil plug gasket and he just gave it to me for free. When I first got the truck they serviced it all of the time and everything was great and when I lifted it they aligned it for me and still after all of the wheeling trips and the one time I jumped the front it hasn't came out. So I'm give these guys an A+ I've met the owner a few times and he is a real stand up guy and donates A LOtT of money to this local charity that I volunteer at and do things with my company with.

This place is on Gilbert RD a 1/4 mile North of the 202 San Tan freeway.

Here is the Parts guy's number

    John Porras
    T:480 898-6020

I work at Power Toyota, and we don't get a lot of Taco's in on trade, either. When we do, they're either repo's, or lease returns. Seems nobody wants to trade in a perfectly good truck!!

I'll have to try them out. I was going to Earnhart Toyota but found out that they don't take my extended warranty....

    True stuff,
I wish I would have bought there instead of Power Toyota, what a bunch of jerks. I will switch the rest of my needs to The Big Two...

Who was your salesman? I'll forward your complaint to the GM, he loves to hear about stuff like this.

Honestly I have no problem with the sales side, it is the service side. Terry Austin what a liar.Just bull shit start to finish he took care of my initial needs but played games from there.

The extended warranty should work at any Toyota dealer in the US. At least that's what I've been told.

I should check to see if mine works at Power or Big Two just to make sure so when I need something done.

Umm that should be good at any Toyota dealer? Is it a Toyota extended or a after market?

Wow, to the best of my knowledge, that should be good at any dealer not exclusive to just one?

I've had mixed experiences. They did the aal tsb no questions asked, ordered up new doors for the bed cargo stuff when one of them wouldn't stay latched and I lost, ect ect. However, they also locked me out of getting my steering wheel replaced for cracking saying I wore rings, which I don't and it's pretty obvious I don't. Also, I forget who the sales manager was a few weeks back, but he was a douche. Other than that, mostly positive experiences there...

As a matter of company policy, I can not comment negatively on any Auto Nation store, on any form of media. Nor can I comment on the performance of any Auto Nation employee, no matter what a piece of crap they are.

Therefore, I'll fall back on the nothing nice to say...........

I moved to Scottsdale from Nashville and could not find a decent Toyota dealership that I didn't have to take something back over and over to get fixed right. My mother-in-law told me to get out of the Phoenix area and try someone else and I found Big Two and tried them. They were great - fixed/made repairs right the first time, every time. It was a bit of a drive from Scottsdale, but it was worth it. That was in 1990.
I'm not one bit surprised (and glad) to hear that they're still doing what they've always done best - make and keep happy customers. It's really not that hard and pays off big time.

Glad to see the word spread in the valley. They'll do you right every time!

I agree, it was Dra6ula that said Earnhart Toyota wouldn't take his extended warranty. I was saying that every dealer should
