    A little dirty after offroading today at Bridgeport OHV(Bridgeport, TX) north of Fort Worth. No action shots of my truck were taken since I was the only one with a camera. It was a test day before Jambo in Gilmer, Tx 5/4-5/7. First time testing my lift off road and I am happy with the results.

    I saw this in the dealership today. Toyota SR with a lift kit and wheels/tires option. They can lift any Tacoma trim level and and install aftermarket wheels and tires for $4,800 according to the sales agent.

    Clean truck....but that's more than what I've paid and I've pieced together a pretty legit 6.5" lift with 35's on 12" wide wheels. I'm definitely not saying what I did is for everyone's taste, but the dealer price you mentioned is pretty high. If they warranty literally everything, then it may be justifiable for some, but most custom installation shops will warranty their work too and charge less. All the dealer (at least most dealers) is doing is sending the truck to 4WheelParts for the parts/install and charging you 20% on top.
