I've seen a lot of posts about the Clazzio leather seat covers but not much about the Katzkin seats so I thought I would share some pics now that I have them.

I didn't like the charcoal cloth seats that came with the OR Tacoma since it made the interior so dark. I'm really liking the new brighter interior now. The tan seat centers are almost an exact match to the exterior paint.

The leather quality on these seats is far superior to the cheap bonded leather that Toyota uses. It makes the factory leather seats in my Highlander seem like vinyl...

I went with a carbon fiber texture on the inner bolster for accent.

They look like special brackets to lower them.

I wanted leather seats from the start so I negotiated into the price of the truck. I'm guessing the cost would be somewhere between $1500 - $2000. They were installed by a local customization shop and it only took them about 3 hours.

Could they be the ones that are power operated to lower when the door is opened?

They are the AMP Research power folding steps. This is what they look like folded up. They automatically fold up or down when the door is open or closed. The driver and and passenger side steps operate independently.

Badass truck, sir. Love the seats but too rich for my blood. And the Vegas heat turns them into leg burners.

Katzkin is god quality leather I sell it all the time, I have only had 2 warranty issues, one was stitching an the other was from a customer sliding in and out of the seat, Katzkin is very good with warranty work as well, most kits cost are $800-1100 and shops will sell it from $12-2500 depending on what the customer will pay. lol

:notsure: They are not covers. They replace the fabric. You would put leather seats in the front and keep the fabric on the back jump seats and headrests? Not me.

How do the katzkins compare to the clazzios? I know these are a full replacement where the others are just covers. I am just curious about the quality?

I haven't seen the clazzios in person so I can't comment on that, but the Katzkins are excellent quality in material and workmanship. Much better than the stock leather seats you get from Toyota. I've only had mine a couple weeks but so far they have been great.

Leather front and cloth back would not look good IMO
