    Now that warmer weather is coming, lets see what you Tacoma people are towing this summer in this beautiful state we call home. Mine is from this winter... three Tacomas in one shot.

    Towing the boat to Anchorage before I sold it. Undergeared for sure back then with stock gears and 31's.

    20' drift boat. It definitely does not like it, but I make it work. I should re-gear but I don't want to drop that money in the truck.

    Is it that heavy? Looks beautiful man where is that? If i were to guess its at Worthington Glacier just before Valdez.

    The boat itself is not that heavy, but I imagine it's around 800-1000 pounds. The trailer is steel though. That's where the weight is. I bet it weighs more than the boat. My big tires don't help my gear ratio either.

    Mine in the winter. Summer time I don't tow as much, usually just a four wheeler or two, my boat is a canoe that goes on the roof rack.
