So will you be getting rid of this one then? If so I'm very interested.

I definitely will at some point this year.

More likely, it will be toward the end of the summer, but I'm trying to get the design for the new one done and maybe have it ready to use by June or July. If I can't, I'll happily roll with this one this season.

I'll let you know, for sure!

I definitely won't be taking it off until the new setup is ready. Missed a bunch of camping nights last season, and I don't want to miss any more this year!

Def like what you did here. Can't stand the holes in the fenders either. This will be in my summer to do list. How hard was it to line up the flares?

    Thanks!

You mean lining the flares up to the fenders? Sorry if I'm not tracking. I'm running on minimal sleep :p

Haha! Yep! I definitely cut quite a bit!

I think it amounted to an inch at the front of the fender and around to the back, then I had to taper farther as it ran down toward the door to follow the line of the tub. I ended up taking out both of the bolts at the bottom of the fender, so that should give you an idea of how much you take out there. It ended up leaving about an inch at the very bottom.

All of the holes for the flares were retained, except for the last two toward the firewall. So I was able to buy new clips and just rivet the flare at the very bottom. It worked out perfectly, and it looks so much better now.

    Hope that helps!

@04yota are you trying to join the elite dirty 5 club? You'll be the third in jersey that I know of if you do.

Ha no last day sadly though. I really don't wanna go back home. It's a party 24 hours a day here. Drinking from 10 am or earlier till as late as you want, it's crazy lol

    Sweet!

Is that one of the resorts in Mexico? Sounds like a blast, especially this time of year when the weather is all over the place here.
