    Last time I cooked it on a higher temp so it would get done faster. Didn't stir and it created a nice brown crust. This time I'm adding the pre-smoked cheese and also using the smoke tube on the left side of the pic. Should be nice and smokey.

    This Traeger is more like a convection oven with some smoke. It does a good job of cooking but sometimes needs more smoke. Will be interested to see if the smoke tube creates browner top. Last time it looked like it came out of the oven and was perfectly cooked. Just needed more smoke.
