yes, there is a lockout pin on the lower hinge next to the bottom of the jerry can mount...similar style pin you see on most all swingouts...drops down into a hole and lift to release

    yes and yes.

InSain Fabrication built rack...this one is customized to sit lower...i mentioned he should offer this option, but that's down the line. hopefully we can come up with a good option on the canvas too and he can offer that as an option...

but his design now is completely bolt on, so it ships very easily to keep shipping costs down.. shoot them an email if you're interested... sales@insainfab.com or message them on facebook

Thank you! I'm gonna email him now about it. I've been back and forth making one but honestly don't want to deal to much with the aggravation haha

Canvas? It's one day going to be a half height soft topper that can hold a RTT? That's my fucking dream! I'd have one already if I knew how to sew

results are in! 385 lb drop from the diet plan

was hoping for 500lbs but realistically expecting closer to 300lbs.

both were with an empty bed and no RTT.

would have been more if i didn't change tires. added 50+ of rubber with the swap.

Are both of those without the tent and with an empty bed?

i would suggest finding someone with a 2nd gen local to you and reviewing how the OEM wire routing goes and make sure you're covering all the necessary grounds....it sounds like you might have gone a little overkill overthinking things, but maybe that's just the 1000 word post all in one paragraph that is throwing me off...

not everything needs 0 gauge to do better...i ran thicker gauge between my batteries primarily because i was seeing too much draw on my secondary battery when i ran my fridge and lights together...

is your battery healthy? how's the alternator?

always start cheap and work your way to the more expensive fixes...make sure your wires are sound then attack the other pieces to the puzzle

Not much yet, but do have Flowmaster exhaust, with Rockford Fosgate P600.1Bd 600 RMS Mono amp for my 12" P3 with custom box and a Punch P400-4 Four Channel amp for my mids and highs running 100 watts per channel and have two speakers on each channel, not to mention 6 more hooked to the 4 channels from the headunit as well....Hopefully soon will be a body lift with new tires, and eventually the actual suspension...
thanks man, I'll figure it out.

Last time I post anything here...

not really sure what you were expecting...

if you can organize your thoughts a little better and formulate a clear question, i'm sure you'd have a response closer to what you're hoping for.

so the best i can do to help you out is to give you a general game plan of looking at an OEM setup and make sure you have things in correctly. then if you're still having troubles, move down the line and start to eliminate potential issues...

best way to learn your system is to pick it apart and troubleshoot it
