Yeah, I'm totally capable of retorquing it all myself, the point is the recall is out for this exact issue. So I'm taking it to the dealership for them to do and so it's documented it was leaking.

You can always take the street car from Embarcadero. Or one of those pedal bike cabs.

Those bikes are something like $25/mile. I guess still cheap compared to parking.

Holy shit! I'd walk before paying that price. And I do. Using the street car is like being stuck in a sardine can.

IB4 they blame your lift and wheels and tires for added strain in the drive train. Even with the magnusson/moss act they may be in the clear as it does cause more strain.

Yeah I'm curious what they're gonna say. I know the 2 local dealership around here are cocksuckers and would totally be dicks about it.

Just finished uniball install on ICON uca. Decided on going inexpensive route of $30 each but non stainless. I'll see how long these will last.

I know we moved on from this but I just wanted to give my thoughts as well on the whole VTX SCS thing.

these are the KMC Machete Beadlocks.
    hXD1285-1000.png

basically the exact same wheel as the VTX one, and both are a slight on the Stealth 6 obviously. The KMCs have been out a long long time now and I remember texting Vin the first time I saw them. His response was something like " Eh, its the wheel industry, it sucks but whatever." Now I'm sure Vin is ticked off come the continued copying, but that shit does happen. My designs are ripped off all the time, I see them posted with no credit and I basically just have to shrug it off. At the end of the day I know we are all going to support Vin no matter what, he has a superior product and always will. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. The best thing we can all do is continue to support SCS and the fakes will slowly fade off into the shadows, they won't go away but they will never shine!

    Rant over.
