I checked with Garners. I have the speaker's, amp, sub, and an older head unit. They gave me an estimate of $500, that includes all the wiring, adapters to use steering wheel controls, and a new HU surround

Not sure if you'd drive to Greenville for a deal, but one of our locals here knows people. Might be able to get you a TW discount. I can ask if you're interested.

Fox 2.0 Coilovers in the front and Fox 2.0’s in the rear, Total Chaos UCA’s, Al-lpro expo leafs, K&N cold air intake, TRD headers,Magnaflow catback exhaust,URD short throw shifter, switched out my 60/40 bench seat for some Tacoma Limited seats, Replaced the vinyl shift boot for a leather one, completely soundproofed the cab w/ Frost King. Replaced stock radio with a Pioneer AVH series head unit. Focal component system w/a 10" sub powered by 2 Alpine amps. Weathertech floor mats. Line-X'd the bed. SCS Ray 10’s, Installed an A.R.E. MX series camper shell. All-Pro Apex front bumper w/ All-Pro skid plates all the way back to the Trans. Low Range fuel skid plate.
I wouldn't know much about the steering wheel wiring but I did mine (1st time) it took me a full weekend but I got her done. It sure beats dishing out $500. I just did my own headers and no leaks but it would have been worth the $500 to have someone else do it. That wasn't fun at'all!

I would appreciate that. I'm only about 45 minutes from Greenville and i would rather drive around Greenville than drive around Asheville.

I was at a time share in Lake Lure, NC a couple weeks ago. On the way to it, I spotted a black 2nd gen. DCSB Tacoma with a bedrack and CVT rooftop tent mounted on it. It was at the Lake Lure Adventure Company both Saturday & Sunday. Of course it wasn't there Monday when I would have been able to stop! Anyone on here?

BTW, it was nice to see a ton of Toyotas & Tacomas out on the road. I am certainly sick of seeing all the black or white Chevy bro trucks running around up here in MI. Maybe I should relocate after my surgery.

Use google maps, usda forestry maps and create your own. Hurricane creek at MM 8 and Richland rd are the only ones I know. I just pick a road and ride, mapping it with my GPS so i have it next time.

If that links work that's just a little peaceful drive I like to do. It's close to my house and leads to some nice views. Any of those forest roads are usually open though.

Google maps is awesome. I'll soon be mapping out some the trails near the SC/NC border soon. Seasonal gates are tricky and I finally know where they are and when they close. I currently map my favorite camping spots in SC/GA. I need to venture out more so if you have any RTT friendly areas in the AVL area, preferably south side of even west side, I'm definitely on the hunt for some. Im getting bored with my corner of SC.

Just reading through this thread, and I noticed this about your town being the Granite Capitol of the world. My town is also know for its granite because it houses the largest open face granite quarry in the world, in Mount Airy. Love this area, you moved to a good state.

Not sure if anyone is interested, but Mill River Brewery does a lot of car meet ups at there place. They block off the parking lot and have food, music, beers. The last two they did was the general 4x4 "basically a jeep meet up", and VW. Would you guys be interested in them holding a meet up for us? Western NC Tacomas?
