Morning everyone. I haven't checked in for awhile but I hope things are well with everyone. Eight months ago it was just me and the wife, in October my son moved back home and two weeks ago my daughter's family moved back from Florida. She lives about 2 miles away and we are buddy breathing them until they can get on their feet. I love them all and it's great having them around but it just goes to show ya how life can change. Like my old man would say...never fall in love with your plan. I hope y'all have a great day and stay safe.

We are a sorry bunch.
Went back to bed and got another four hours.
So I'm up now and I think will start on the divots and cracks in the drive. Will also spray the roof to try to kill the moss that is growing. Way to much moisture. I may take the pressure washer out and hit the glider. Got surface mold on it so will do that then start painting it.

 

Good morning Jeff, yes life if full of curve balls. As long as there health is good, I guess that is all that matters.

 

Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. It will come in waves...

Good morning fellow "sorry bunch gang members"! You guys were busy! Neighbor across the street got, yet, another car for a grand total of 9 plus 2 motorcycles. Two are across from my driveway and one is on my side of the street at the edge of the driveway. Time to crack out the lawn tractor and cut the grass nice and short with the deflector wired up and out of the way... I feel like it's going to be one of these days:

 

we got hammered with rain about 5 this morning. Don't think it reached you up there.
I also have to cut the hay today when it dries out..
last year, I installed a swivel drink holder on the lawn tractor that I picked up from the boat place. Keeps my wobble pop from losing it's fizz.

Talked to my friend today. Going to bring the FJ to his place sometime next week so we can tweek the front suspension.
Springs settled since the lift install and I want to bump up the front about half inch.
Easy peasy with adjustable coilovers.

 

Brought the FJ to the dealer Thursday to get that blown speaker replaced.
Once again 3 salespeople wanted me to sell it. They got up to 32k this time.
And once again, they wouldn't go for an even swap for a Trail package 4Runner sitting in the lot,lol.

I went with Toytec Boss on all 4 corners. Super flex coils in the back. Lifted the front about 2.5 inches, so stock UCA's worked out and alignment stayed within specs.
Rides nice and eliminated the notorious FJ dip when braking and accelerating. They should have done this from the factory for this type of vehicle.

Winds have been non stop for a week now, we lost power at some point last night, back on now. Been meaning to trim the dead branches off the ash tree, winds took care of that.
