    Dang that's a heavy. I would email ARB on this one. They will give the best answer. I they say no, have considered your alternatives like sumo springs or air bags. Both way more expensive tho.

    Sumo springs I don't really know anything about. Airbags don't seem like a good fit for carrying that weight offroad. I'll fully compress the superbumps and the overload leafs in articulation and have the other drooped all the way sometimes.
    The only other thing I've really looked into are allpro expo's ir their new expo 2.0 or whatever they call them. Lot of money I don't want to spend. I'll be good for a while. Just got a new apartment with it's own storage shed so I can leave some of the stuff behind.

    If you end up going the new leaf pack route check out Deaver springs. They will build you a pack taylored to your requirements. You might also check if you have any shops in your area that build springs. We have a few here in Seattle that good at it.

    Is get a custom built pack if you have that much weight back there. Jberry and mademan have both done this recently. Check their threads for more info.

    Center pins come in like 12" if you want, so yes.

    Then you have to think aboit the clips that keep the leafs in line. The bolt that goes across the top of the leafs may not fit with a second add a leaf.

    Just checked mine. There are three clips along the length of the leafs that have a bolt cross the top of the leafs. Can't fit two add a leafs in there. With one in the bolt touches the top leaf. The clips are riveted too. So the pack would have to taken apart to see if you could get the rivet out and use a longer bolt to put bigger clips on the pack so you could run more leafs.

    You're welcome. Summit Racing has them, I bought some last weekend (not 12" but I think the ones I got were 6", had to chop the tops.

    I did a thread search and didn't get enough information to answer my question. I'm putting the
    $1,241 ARB3423030 ARB 3423030 Winch Compatible Bull Bar
    ARB3423030 front plate bumper with the smittybilt 9.5k winch. I have an 06 Access cab, can I use the 90021 soft struts with 2885 coils to hold the weight and not bounce all over the place? Also putting the Dakar pack on the rear with the sport shocks. I will be putting 255/85r16 BFG KM2s with LR UCA.

    No go with the 886 coils. They're made to handle the additional weight up front. The rest of your plan is good.

    So I can mix the 2886 coil with the 90021 soft strut. It's recommended to use the 90000 firm strut with the 2886.

    So I should be fine running the soft 90021 with the 2886 coil? That's what I needed to know. I don't run washboards or speed down dirt roads. I figured that driving the highway and driving trails at Barnwell and camping up in Arkansas it shouldn't be a problem.

    Why wouldn't you just get the 90000 shocks anyways if you're gonna have 886 coils? They'll ride really firm anyways with that coil and no extra weight up front? I doubt you'll feel a difference really. Might as well go with the recommended set up.

    Okay, looking for improvement over the stock OR suspension, capability of supporting a leer 100 xr, prinsu cabrac and toprac, cvt 55 inch awing, custom drawer system, sliders and aluminum skids. thinking ill be somewhere in the 600# constant load range with 400# above the rear wheel. I want to run 285/75/16s.

    right now I'm thinking 90021, with 888s, standard dakar pack and light racing UCAs. What are ya'lls thoughts? any suggestions on what else i may need to do or change?

    Put the add a leaf in the dakars. The regular pack will handle the load but you'll be close to the limit, especially working it off road.
