Mid 70's today (normally in 50's) so I did the following:

First hand wash of 2017
Vacuumed interior
Cleaned Windows
Washed floor mats
Quick interior detail
Cleaned out winter crap from bed, cleaned bed, bed mat & cap windows
Installed bed platform for the summer

 

ARB compressor ready to rock.

 

Man.. now I want that

 

For a 60k bday

 

5.5 quarts of oil, new oil filter, replaced air filter, new crush washer, minor oil spill, swapped out old crappy LEDs with superior new LEDs for reverse bulbs, dome light and 3rd brake light (all from JumpersLEDs)... and admired the new pinsteiping from last night's wheeling adventure out in the Superstition Mountains by Canyon Lake, AZ.

 

Sombitch almost got me to give up. Almost.....

 

They look good. You should probably take them off now for clearance.

Sand it. 80 grit should do.

 

I mean, 80 grit would get it off! Along with any surrounding paint.

 

What did you guys do with this piece of the stock seat? It has to be unclipped to feed the velcro through but it cant go back obviously. Does it just tuck behind the cover?

 

This isn't so much a "what have you done today," but more of a "what do you find today?"

Got home from work today and noticed this in the left rear. Not sure when it happened. My question is: Am I okay to drive with it in this condition until I can get it fixed or replaced?

I've been using the same Bilsteins for about five years. Added an AAL about four years ago. Never had any issues before.

Put a heat shield back on the drivers side cat.

Invert it back up under the OEM cover. Will probably require you to pull the aftermarket cover back up so you have enough slack in the OEM cover to tuck that flap. It will seem like it doesn't want to go but it will with enough coercion
