It's the LCA not UCA. Not sure how you could jack from the UCA. But you should at least get some. Same as stuffing my one tire on this rock.

Safety being of utmost importance... Are you able to compress it when its jacked up by putting your weight on the front end? Maybe stand on the door sill? I'm basically wondering if your spring rate is too heavy.

I'll try that this afternoon. They're only the 600 lbs springs so I'd think they should be fine.

How much preload do you have on them?

Maybe 3/4" max. I decreased the preload from how they came to try to save my CVs a little.

Ah yes that's pretty light. Well there isn't much to limit up travel. If it doesn't compress with you bouncing it then I'd check the shock length to make sure it isn't bottomed out. Also see if you're on the bump stop, that could be the easiest resolution. Does the other side go any higher?

By any chance did you get the extended travel coilovers? Because if you have then there's your problem. You have to install an aftermarket uca if you have extended coilovers.

Shock isn't bottomed out, and definitely not on the bumpstops. Here's pics of the shock, bump, and upper ball joint jacked up and the preload on the coil. Other side is pretty much exactly the same. I measured from the center of the hub to the fender and there is no change from ride height. So I have no up travel at all. There's got to be something wrong.

I did but I'm pretty sure that only matters for droop travel where the upper ball joint limits travel. The physical size of the coilover is the same. There's just a spacer taken out that lets it droop out another inch or 2. Even if that was the case, I should at least get an inch or 2 of up travel. I have 0.

I tried loosening the uca bolt and retightening it with the truck on the ground and did the same with the lower shock bolt. No change. What should the pressure be in the shocks? Any other ideas? Thanks for the help and suggestions.

Extended travel is only for droop.
