    It's a subjective question. Clickers are not a substitute for bypasses or valving. It restricts oil via the adjuster oriface into the resi during compression.

    You are better off with bypasses, but with just a smooth body coilover, they can come in handy if you actually use them. I personally don't like them.

    So I'm assuming if they only restrict flow, they softest setting is what kings without the clickers come with and they only get stiffer as you adjust.

    If you buy the clickers with the shocks (not a retrofit) they will valve the compression shims lighter. Meaning halfway in the clicker range would be roughly equivalent in terms of dampering of a non-clicker coilover. So you can open them up and have a more plush ride around town, or tighten them up to give you a little more compression dampening in the dirt.

    But again. It's compression only. Doesn't do anything on rebound.

    Thanks for the input. I currently have icons and never felt the need to adjust them. I was just curious if the extra 300 bones made a big enough difference. If I choose to not get them I could always get them retrofitted if I change my mind.

    Sell the icons.
    Buy...basically anything else.
    Take the money for clickers and put towards secondaries.
    Install and embrace your glory.

    Got a full size spare today, I think it's finally time to come up with a new method for securing the spare.

    @Bentrodder any ideas?
