Volo VP11 performace chip???

    I have a Volo VP11 performance chip that came with my 1999 tacoma and it stopped working a few months ago. Does anybody else have this chip or know anything about it? It does not get any power and I cannot find anything obvious. Any help would be much appreciated.

    Neither of the lights come on when they are supposed to. But it actually did give me a little better gas mileage which i really need, but the power wasn't very noticeable at all.
