I'm the same. I am out of the country for about another year...so its killing me that I have to wait that long to get one. But in the meantime, I know I will probably be purchasing a 2018 (unless I decide I like the Cement 2017 Pro the best and buy used), so am anxiously awaiting info on them.

Toyota just needs to add another engine option for 2018...

    1UR-FE[edit]
The 1UR-FE is based on the 1UR-FSE but lacks the D4-S direct injection technology. Originally used for Lexus vehicles in the Middle East, it was introduced in 2010 in other markets to replace the 2UZ-FE engine in truck and SUV applications. This engine produces 347 hp (259 kW) at 6,400 rpm and 46.9 kg·m (460 N·m; 339 lb·ft) at 4,100 rpm in the Lexus GS and LS. For the Toyota Land Cruiser the engine produces 304 hp (227 kW) at 5,500 rpm and 44.8 kg·m (439 N·m; 324 lb·ft) at 3,400 rpm.

    They're not gonna put a V8 in this truck. We'll get a diesel before a V8.

I just want to see the blind spot monitoring on the stock on the trd OR. Without raising the price.

Would like to see a more modern base engine like the 2.0 Turbo used in a lot of Lexus models.

Ya wishful thinking. They won't eat into their current profit margins.

I'm hoping we get some information in June but most likely it won't be till August, I want to order a 2018 but I'm waiting on the colors for the pro and any other updates for the regular off road.

That is an excellent list. As someone who is looking at buying their first Tacoma, this is a pretty good list of most of my "wishes" that are making me slow down on pulling the trigger and consider waiting for the 2018 to see if any of this will come to pass. Big ones on my list are the pillar handle, tilt adjustment, manual available on all trims, leather available on all trims...and Cement on most/all trims.
