There must have been one of these going on over on walney road. I saw a bunch of cars. Some were classics, some were sports cars, and some were modded/lifted jeeps and trucks. I didnt have time to stop and stare though, been a busy weekend for me.

That was me, it's a little steep but I see if he's flexible.
    Thank you

They speak truth. If you are looking for better light output, a retrofit of mini h1 projectors is a good DIY. Get a set of the depo headlights on Amazon and put them in those that way you can take your time. If you are feeling risky, go for the fx-r projectors but those require cutting. I gave up and paid to have mine done. Amazing difference over stock. Ill never go back to halogens again.
Edit: just dont throw hids into halogen housings, please. Im tired of being blinded by them with all the cars running em.

Plus I promised some pics from my journey yesterday. Got home around 1030 and just crashed.
All that work and four furry friends just so the black guy can get a new motor.

Toyota had so many issues with the last model headliner sagging the whole thing was suspended kind of like a soft topper support to keep tension, then it was glued in as an extra measure of support.
All the glue had to be peeled out to keep it intact.

I went through member @ambiguous . I am not sure if he is still doing them, but he did amazing work. I used the aftermarket housings and the only problem i had was after a few years the clearcoating started coming off the outside. I had them refinished by a detailer and they look great again. I know there are others out there that do them, including @A7xschecter6661 who seems to be pretty popular. If you go with led halos, i recommend getting them behind the shrouds. Makes it look so much cleaner.

I cant even remember but i think total was around six or seven hundred. This was years ago and what i did was purchase the kit from a retrofit source group buy, then send them to him. He supplied the lights and did the retro service. He even did bhlm and colormatched the shrouds to my truck which is silver streak mica. Still find myself smiling when i walk past them and stop to take a look.

Not a great pic, but you can see one here. From the big snow we had winter before last.

I had bought the snowblower the September previous. It paid for itself that snowstorm. I would have died trying to shovel all that crap. Or just gave up and sit outside with the wifes hairdryer and a long extension cord.

You could always just buy a second set of lights that you want and the retro stuff and try your hand at doing it. Its similar to baking cookies actually.

Pretty much it in a nutshell...splitting apart is what people get scared of. Just get some gloves as when you pull the headlights out they will be a little warm for the duration of splitting the headlights.

If you want to play it safe, 15-20 min on 240 degrees. If you want a little faster, 260-270 for 8 min. Then just get some butyle rubber inserts to reseal or seal them back up and then go around the exterior with a sealant.

    Boom, done.
