    Not a horizon. that is a custom rig. Full on fabrication team? I guess two hillbillies and welder aren't quite there yet. I drew it and sized it and then we built it out of a 120gallon propane tank. Sorry to say I didn't get finished rib pics. Things got kinda carried away at finish time.

    The second chuck roast just broke out of stall and shot up to 180, I take them to 190. Rest for 30 minutes then cut into chunks and BBQ sauce with veg pan drippings to thin the sauce and help keep the meat from drying out. For that I take the smoker up to 300* stirring once every 30 min. or so for a couple hours. So got a while to go yet.

    Dang I need to clean the smoker lol I wonder how the car wash people r gonna feel when I show up and start launching burned grease all over their facility :)
