Sorry buddy!! Super jealous though, been having the muscle car itch lately. My Pops is trying to get rid of his '69 Z28 and I asked how much, way to Rich for my blood. Asking 35k, yikes. Lean and OG though, even has some uber rare rear window blinds.

Any of you guys have both a softopper and hard shell? Which one did you like better/more useful?

Debating selling my shell for a softtopper (group buy starting tomorrow) but not sure if I'll be happy with the lack of security and fitment. I love my shell but I've had times when I really needed an open bed and removing the shell is impossible by 1 person (can't fit in my garage to set up a pulley system). Seems super helpful to just fold it down and have full access to the bed. But I also like being able to lock the back and not worry about stuff getting stolen.

Thanks Leonard. Yeah I started running 2 with wire speed at 30 and I was able to control the puddle a lot better. Struggled getting the rhythm but once I got it the welds were much better.
