The 16+ Tacomas look to have a difference in leaf springs, with or without 'firm ride'. Is the designation just that, a firmer ride or something else? My SR5 was equipped with the non-firm ride leaf P/N 48220-04350 and 48210-04710, however the shortbed OR the extra leafs I picked up are 48220-04450 and 48210-04810. I don't know if swapping to the 'firm ride' leafs are an upgrade in the sense of improved load carrying capacity or just overall road ride. Anyone have an idea?

    Thanks.
