I am not getting tricked again to ride on someones lap.....too bumpy for that shit. "ride on my lap in a MRAP they said.....it will be fun....its a short ride" no sir not again.

what is MRAP ?

Most trucks have 2 front seats. If not a double cab. I usually dont have a passenger

I got them because I wanted something different than everyone else, and decided to retro when I realized the projectors were garbage. My thought process was the EXACT same thing. If I am going to pay money to that extent, then I want full out reliability. I understand that with something as temperamental as headlights, that could be asking for a little much. Also, if I ever have issues, I like knowing I can just handle it myself instead of parking the truck for a week or two. Once you do it with someone, you realize its all just hype man. Same thing with electrical shit, once you get a feel for things, its not a big deal.

Since it is a Tacoma takeover, I bet there will be more than enough knowledgeable guys there that could tell you exactly what you can run with the idea of minimizing trail damage.

I read the description on the post that @fatfurious2 tagged me in... it looks like we would be splitting in to groups.... I'd want to stick w/ as many Nova guys as possible.

 

I personally would love to meet some of the Jersey guys while Im there if I get to go. Those dudes def are the Raush vets.

Agreed there is a lot of talent up there to wheel with. Im sure almost any of the tacos there will be worthwhile to roll with.
