Dont want it looking to high with little tires. Plus never done a aal always replaced whole spring assembly little weary of it. Been watching youtubers doing it don't look to hard

 

I'm stoked about it going to my parents house in CO in July an we plan on doing some wheeling he has a jeep. Also a trip to vegas soon as well gonna do some out there also. Loved when I lived in so-cal for the desert wheeling. That's my parents jeep an my old Titan with some buddies raptors doing Barstow to primm

So I got the 886s installed and the alignment done. I previously did the CMC and the front of the wheel well is gone because of the new bumper...

For the first time since I've owned the truck, I was able to turn the wheel all the way to either side while backing up without rubbing! It actually caught me off guard when it hit a natural stopping point instead of a rubbing point.

It's the small things in life.

I'm also debating burning some bitcoin to go buy a winch before Jambo... my main hang up is whether I'll have to time to install it between now and then, and I think the answer is no

 

Depending on fast you can get said winch.

I suggest getting the new ball joints for those control arms, they're greasable, and keep those as spares for oh shit moments. Also probably wouldn't hurt to replace those bushings while they're off the truck as well unless they're brand spankin new. Good find by the way. Hope you got a killer deal.

 

Take it with you to Jambo and do camp side install

I'm debating this... I got a nice birthday gift from the in-laws and have some extra bitcoin saved up, could use it to get myself a nice winch. (Smittybilt 10k synthetic w/ wireless remote)

 

Doing another parts delivery today. Lago Vista>Waco/Waco>Cedar Park(stop at a shop)>Lago Vista.

Picking up a full invidia exhaust (1500 dollars worth).

Getting payed, plus gas.

Thinking of doing this more often.

 

Honestly they look like they barely have any wear on them I will def look into it though thanks.

 

If any of yall need any large, expensive to ship items picked up and delivered in texas, just let me know and I'll do it for cheaper than the cheapest delivery guys will do it plus whatever the gas will cost.

 

Those smittybilts are nice. You'll need metric Allen wrench set for the control box, forgot exact size. Stretch that rope before you use it so you don't get any breaks.

 

If I do the Jambo install, I'll have my impact wrench and full tool set with me. Won't be too hard to drop the bumper, install it, and get the bumper back up there. Except for how heavy it'll be with the extra 50 lbs

 

Get it, bring it over and we slap it on tonight real quick.

It's not the ability to do it, it's the time. I'm on daddy duty in the PMs, and I think I'm solo with Griffin both tonight and Wednesday... and I still have to pack and hit up HEB for beer/food/etc.
