    Dropped my truck off at the dealer about an hr ago for a service and the rear diff recall inspection. They gave me a base model Camry as a loaner. Better than nothing :notsure:

    Morning! How was everyone's weekend?

    Got a LOT done in the garage at my summer place. Trying to reorganize the "organization" of a man (my grandfather) who was putting around the garage with Alzheimer's for 4 or 5 years. NOTHING is in a logical place... Plus there's tons and tons of useless junk. I need room for my tools and car parts damn it!

    Ex came up to grab her snow tires and wheels, we went for a hike yesterday with the dog too. It's funny, the dog is bonded to me now. He used to ignore me if she and I were in the same room together. I can tell he missed her though.

    I know. I can verify, the skinny pedal works fairly well in this car.
    Not only being treated better, but also its a chance for an up-sell. My dad bought bought a new Lexus on 3 or 4 occasions when he had dropped his current one off for a service and they would give him a brand new fully loaded loaner and that would sell him on buying a new one.

    The spots I recored came out way better than anticipated. Almost perfectly level before adding filler. I think it will actually look like it's supposed to.

    Just got off the phone with the dealer and they didn't see any signs of a leak in my rear diff. I climbed under this weekend and didn't see anything, but wanted them to come to that conclusion on their own and have record of them completing the recall inspection, in case anything happens down the road.
