Did a quick search, nothing first gen specific.

Just wanted to start a thread consisting of 1st gen trucks set up for anything ( even though our trucks can handle most stock lol). Just asking for some pics of practical mods and what have you guys done for mods relating to camping and convenience. I will be doing a nature coast tour in the future and be using my truck to do everything.

20170430_181912.jpgHere is my truck so far, finally picked up a top that fits my reg cab. Rolled some bed liner, and moved my antenna to the front bumper.

Lets see those ready for anything rigs TW!

No problem. I'm always interested in seeing what people are doing for camping/expo-type stuff. I'm more on the camping side; that is, i'm not looking to survive long-term out of my truck in remote locations.

I wouldn't call this a "practical mod," but I'll throw it in here just because I think this rig is a pretty badass camp/expo setup and Ben's fab skill are quite impressive. If I recall correctly, the only thing welded on are his sliders. He's on here as @Dissent86. Makes some top-shelf bumpers for 3rd gen Tacomas and 100 series LCs, and probably other stuff too.
