Meh, maybe after I'm done with the class. Spent too much money on this stupid class as it is. Don't want to waste some perfectly good matches on the place.

6am is a horrible time to work out... or be awake... or do anything other than sleep.

Do it for the simple fact that you felt better. Because you are gorgeous no matter what. Like damn, girl. But doing it for the simple desire of wanting to be skinny is ultimately a hollow want and rarely goes well. Gotta have a little more motivation that you can recognize. If you have this magical vision of skinny you, it could be months until you achieve that and it's way too easy to get frustrated between now and then. But if you want to be strong, if you want to FEEL better, it's easier to recognize those things improving over time. That's the kind of motivation you want. That's the thing that will keep you going until you're in a better place.

I just started going back to the gym this week, too. I'd been on a "I need to lose weight" kick too, but I realized that it rarely works out that way. If I look back at my lowest weight, the thing I remember most is not being skinny, it's FEELING so much better. I naturally ate healthier. I had waaaaaay more energy. I needed less sleep. I also looked better, but that was just a natural byproduct of feeling better. So this is the mindset I'm readopting. I'm not going to deprive myself of the foods I love (because, dammit, I love food and alcohol!), but I'll probably make some better choices. And weight is not the be all / end all of this journey. The way my body feels is.

Josh totally has an IG... :gossip:

If the alignment won't stick, or get dialed in enough, you'll need them

-at least that is the general consensus I've gathered here from the finest keyboard warriors on the webz

Before I put the lift on I marked all my cam bolts so I could get it close when I put it back together. The only cam bolts that were moved by the alignment guy were the rear ones. The front ones you have to remove the skid plate to adjust and they are in the same place they were when I tightened them back up. I believe the alignment place are half assers

Sounds like it. Find a place with a old timer working on the alignment machine. Those jokers know wtf they are doing. Mine told me he wished everyone that lifts a truck would use the LR UCA's. He said it allows him to get everything perfect.

I know a guy that does it the old school way. The place I went to had this high tech rack thing that scanned these plates mounted to the wheels

Lawd what a day so far
First, my work partner's truck didn't want to give her the key when she went to park it so had to fight with that for ten minutes, because it was stuck in accessory. That ten minutes got turned into thirty when they had the main road in front of the school blocked due to a water main break. That meant we had to take a 2 mile detour to get to our last stop, which was right on the other side of the road closure, and then go back the same way to the school. Made us late for everything else.
Get home and go to take a shit when dispatched calls me again to say that we have to go back to that school because they realized they can't run a school with no water. (Bathrooms, etc.) So we get to the school and they tell us to go home, cos they got their backup tank going, but we can't leave til Transportation tells us to. So we are all on standby, and they have to cover our midday kindergarten because we have to remain on standby til transportation finds out for sure we can go.
    I'm not even mad though
    This is just hilarious now
