Are the angle magnets just shitty magnets? I am going to be compiling my fab tools now that I have this itch... tube notcher, bench vice, and a chop saw.

Yeah I need to invest in tool storage badly. No box yet, but the one box I want will fix all my issues.

Looks good. Just made the top hoop?

It pains me to help you but.....

    https://www.discountbandit.com/vehi...d-twin-high-performance-air-compressor-1.html

Website is weird but it's a good price and I'm in no rush to get it. And they come right out and say the free shipping takes a while so they must have some level of honesty. Seems like a low budget Amazon type of web site.

No, we got the center plate bent, and built it up from there.

@The Hunter, since since Steve is pained helping you out, I thought I'd share in his pain as well.

Do a live chat with Autoanything and send them the link to this price and they will match.

Yes he did. That thing is awesome, way better to go see him than buy a manual one.

It should come with a full harness and just hook it to the batt. That's how all my singles came.

    I need to bend a piece of 1/4" x 4" x 14" steel plate to about a 85 degree angle.

It needs to look fairly decent, but not perfect. Should I just lay it on a piece of 8X8 wood and go to town with it with a sledge hammer?

How soon do you need this done? Use should take a grinder and notch the metal where it needs to bend, bend said metal and run a weld bead at the fold... would be the only proper way to do such without a press brake

    Yup. This ^^^

Wiring harness already comes with 2 inline fuses, one for each of the compressors that make up the twin.

Give Ant a call at BPF, he's got a press bender that will do it.

Are you bending the 14" side, or the 4" side?

Depending on that you can either do a whiskey bend or touch+vise+BFH.

Didn't think of notching. That's a good idea. The metal will bend at the path of least resistance. Thanks.

Probably don't need to run a weld though. It's gonna be a bracket for permanently mounting my ARB twin inside the driver's side bedside cubby. I want to make use of that wasted space.

1/4" steel plate is overkill. But I got it for free. Free is always good.
