With the 5.0, you can't be afraid of RPMs. It makes more of it's power in the higher RPM ranges so, if you really plant your foot into it, it's going to rev to where it makes the most power. I wouldn't say that means it drives like a car, it's just a characteristic of the engine. It took me some getting used to also, I'm not used to having bigger engines rev that much but this engine seems to love it.

Any of you ever heard of Seller Networks? One of their guys reached out to my dad and want to sell his motorcycle for him. Sounds too good to be true which usually means it's a scam. Anyone ever heard of or dealt with them?

The nice thing about the 2.7 for towing is that at just 1200-1300RPM's you're already making 270-280 ft/lbs of torque (and I think the 3.5 is making around 310), whereas with the 5.0 you've got to bounce it to around 3300RPM's to hit those numbers.
The Coyote definitely makes higher numbers than the 2.7, but the RPM range is a lot higher too. :notsure:

That's the big difference between the Coyote and the Ecoboost. You definitely need to keep the RPMs up with the Coyote where as the Ecoboost makes a lot of power in the low RPM range. Once you come to grips with that, it's a lot of fun to drive. Both are very capable power plants, both will tow very well and get garbage fuel economy while doing so, just comes down to personal preference.

No messy or loud toys allowed in my house. The place already looks like a bomb went off in it!
