Kills me that I have no garage for this reason. Had a handful of things to do yesterday but couldn't get any done with the rain. House used to have a carport that rotted out before we bought it. Plan on building a garage in a few years.

 

Get one of those "tent" carport things I think from costco....my friend has one and they are great and will get you by till u can build a proper carport

 

Definitely man, it's one of my priorities. Gonna have a detail day coming up so I was planning on doing exactly that.

 

You guys have any recommendations for buying suspension parts on island? Or should I just pay for shipping? I don't wanna go 4WP, I wanna check out Maui Off Road but never been, and I've used MOD industries on Sand Island for all of my car work (big fan, has always taken care of me), but I haven't worked with him for a truck before.

Looking to get 5100s, OME coils for the front, and probably AAL for the rear to start.

Aren't you pretty close to having some take offs as well? Hurry up and decide what you're gonna do so we can get them going and you can recover some of your costs

 

Also deciding on some new coilovers, so my 5100s will be FS soon. They have my OEM coils though.

 

I saw that... he had a bunch of things so I got a little confused. Still learning about this stuff.... I'm an engineer and suspensions still drive me nuts.

 

I was waiting on the rears but, I suppose we can knock out the front first. Whenever you've got the time and energy. You know I have projects lined up. LOL!!!
