3rd Gen Quicksand thread

Nice truck. Black looks so good clean but I'd go with quicksand as well!

I know right where you're massive city is located... I'm actually west of town on the north side of 6.

 

I was starting to wonder if anyone from NE Ms was on this forum.

 

There's a few but, compared to the number of Tacomas and other Toyota truck/suvs in the area you would think there would be a bunch more.

 

Do you remember who you dealt with at Oxford Toyota?

Saw this on instagram. It's at a used truck dealer local in Seattle. Wouldn't have done it myself but Kinda neat military styling.

 

Well, newcomer to the quicksand party here. Just picked it up Saturday.

Bone stock. No different than so many here, but it reminds me of this:

Great color. Glad I talked myself into this instead of white. Everyone who has seen it comments on how they like the color. Photos just don't do it a lot of justice.

Set of Cooper ST Maxx 265/75R-16's going on next week. Mudguards coming off. TRD skid will stay for a while. C4 Lo Pro already on order. Winch pulled out of the Gen1 and waiting in garage. Should be visiting King Racing in the next few weeks to pick up the front suspension.

Will do something about that grille sooner than later.

 

I got the Removable Front Sliding Window so I could clean and I got the Interior Headliner for free. (be sure to ask about that)

I'm getting a little leak in one spot but they gave me some extra compound to fill in the gap. I'm going to do that tomorrow and water test again.

I also added LED lights strips but I did those myself.

I stopped by Adventure Motors. We installed the light bars and began the dual battery setup. Looking forward to having a few more things done.
