oh damn. was gonna be bummed if I missed anything. lol We hit every obstacle there was this go around.. tackled em all, so no need to really go back anymore. There were a couple sections I didnt try the last time so wanted to go back and knock em all off the list.

Oaks are great trees, but when they fall, they make a load noise and decimate everything in its way. I should know. Good for firewood and making things with.

    Ashes are nice.

so much saltiness in here lately

I'll make note of a few things that didn't sit right with me.

To those of you that spoke highly of my personal level of service during my tenure at SDHQ, thank you. I always tried my best to go above and beyond what was expected when dealing with not only my TW friends but every customer I worked with, because to me you were all friends first who only happened to be customers. I frequently gave out my cell number without hesitation, answered questions and calls after hours and on my days off, offered shop tours and always tried my absolute best to take care of everyone. I always took the time if it was available (and even sometimes when it wasn't) to give special attention to each and every one of you whenever you came into the shop whether it was @JTS2014TACO or @TRON_ or @PLC721 coming in on an afternoon to shoot the shit, helping @a.smo figure out his tab locations or loaning my own truck to @JerryTaco to fix an issue with an install then personally delivering his truck back to him later the same day or working with @05Aztacoma and his crazy insurance adjuster to get him back on the road or letting @snowtank leave his truck behind the shop after his accident or working with many of you on custom shim stacks or shock questions . I'm sure there are countless more examples (and please share if you have one) but those are only a few I can come up with in a brief time.

I always tried my best to make you guys the best deals possible and I always did my best to make sure each and every one of you was swagged out with a fresh shirt, hat or other misc items. They have donated to every AZTW event needing product or donations, contributing prizes to the TW Member of the Year Awards, the Rock Therapy Raffle, Tundras to Sedona to name a few off the top of my head and every event that was hosted at the shop, where many of you have won product.

Regardless of who you were I feel that we never failed to do our best to help in anyway we could, regardless of if you were spending $5 or $5000. We answered your questions, sponsored your events, invited you to our events and cookouts, gave shop tours and just generally spent the time with you to make you feel comfortable. If you feel like this was not the case than I apologize because if this was during my time there I failed you.

I find it amusing that many of those who seem to have a certain disdain towards the shop are ones who have used the resources more than most. Be it shopping for small items like heims and uniballs for a custom project or test fitting a product knowing that you had zero intention of buying but we still let you take it out of the package or even outside the shop to make sure it would work for what you needed or those that just showed up to the shop events without ever saying thank you, not that we expected it. Then there are those who simply called for advice or knowledge, which we provided again knowing that you had intentions of purchasing elsewhere but they could not provide the same level of expertise that we could but might be able to beat the price by a few bucks. And my favorites are those that have never even visited the shop but carry a grudge based on stigma or a preconceived opinion against anyone that is well established or didn't align with their well developed internet research.

Something for everyone to keep in mind, SDHQ is a business and a busy one at that. Over the past 18 years they have established themselves as an elite service provider in extremely difficult and competitive industry. They have done this by separating themselves from the industry norm creating better designed and better built products, priding themselves on expert service work and always standing behind it and only dealing with products that we would personally use on our trucks, because if I wouldn't install a spacer lift on my own truck why would I sell you one when I know the dangers associated with them.

In short, just because my time at SDHQ may have come to an end doesn't mean that there isn't someone there to help you. They have good people, passionate about what they do and always willing to answer your questions, regardless of your budget or level of prior knowledge.

    Edit:
I will add that I left on great terms, and it was simply my time to move on in my professional career. They are all like family to me and I am proud to say that I was part of the SDHQ team and will forever be grateful for the things that I learned and the people that I met while working there, all of you included.

This one just gets worse and worse. Jason tried this in the LC and just got completely hung on the diffs and rockers. That last bolder makes the left line extreme.

*Note this is my last time thru over a year ago, who knows what it looks like now. But id imagine that bolder is there and even moar rocks are stacked
