    Hi everybody, another born and raised Rochestarian here. I got my 2017 sr back in late august, and I've been loving it.

    Not much for mods, I did the intermittent wipers upgrade and ran some mudflaps in the winter but I took them off this spring b/c they were killing my gas mileage. I also have a ladder rack on back order from etrailer, mainly because I don't like doing this with the kayak

    I went to NH a couple of weekends ago to do some class 6 roads and had a blast. The truck did awesome in its stock form. I was really surprised at how well it handled the terrain it encountered. Let's just say the locking diff makes a huge difference!

    If anyone knows of a 2nd gen owner in the area that wants a chrome grill, I have one FREE for the asking. Sorry, but I don't have any pics. It has less than 500 miles on it though, so it's in perfect condition. It's been in my parts collection for a while, as I never got around to installing it on my previous vehicle.

    I also have this rear bumper piece (#8 in the diagram) if anyone wants it.

    As it's starting to warm up (albeit ever so slowly), I'd like to solicit suggestions for where and when we might get together for a meet-up. Nothing complicated or fancy the first time out, but definitely a group photo of our trucks and perhaps a show-and-tell. What say you?

    Does anyone have a good shop to use for exhaust work? After going to NH and smacking the low hanging exhaust pipe by the transfer case I am looking to have a shop re-route the exhaust to go above the cross member it currently goes under. Thanks for the help.

    I've only had one experience with this outfit (http://mufflershopinc.com), but they served me well. They were able to repair an exhaust system for me that other shops insisted would require an entire system front-to-back. Physically, the place looks like a mad house, but it may be worth stopping by to discuss your issue. YMV
