Thanks Matt! It is from HD... i got it for next to nothing from a family friend. Never used until I tested it out. It was a HD scratch and dent that he bought... not sure where the scratch or dent was lol. Wasn't on the welder itself

The ARB is an expensive option from what can be a very inexpensive, but very effective mod.

Extending the hose from the diff, would reduce any kind of pressure that would be needed to open up a one way valve like the original, which is sitting right on top of the diff.

So, @cynicalrider or @Sub-Zero 's solution is the right way to go. Or if you want to splurge and spend four extra dollars and get the Camry Breather valve, it will provide the two-way air movement with an added benefit of some water splash protection.

I splurged and spent 4 extra bucks.

Didn't splurge on the extra 60 bucks though.

That, I used for a nice dinner with the wife.

I was a long time chain smoker since I was 14. I quit cold turkey when my wife said she was pregnant with our first child, 18 years ago.

    Been cranky ever since.

BTW. A two way valve is also called...

    ... a NON-valve :)

AKA an open tube. So @cynicalrider and @Sub-Zero is correct.

Or in the case of the Camry Breather P/N, a two way breather with a tube termination that's a barbed end and with a cheap metal splash shield. So @Blackout14 is correct.

    Damn, everyone is right.

Huge shout out to @Arcticelf for risking his marriage/health to work on this project. After a full day + some to install an OME suspension, JBA UCA's, and ECGS bushing, there was still time to turn a bunch of random steel into a bumper, oh, make that two bumpers. What a weekend.
