    Finally did the alt swap today. :bananadance: used the adapter pigtail from eBay. Now I need to do the wiring upgrade... Thanks again @Blackdawg . And it had the smaller pulley so the same belt worked :thumbsup:

    Gm alternator swap. Output is 140 amps compared to stock 80. Moar power! Nice for running extra lights, stereo, etc or just moar power...

    @Blackdawg had all the answers for me. Advanced auto alternator, eBay pig tail adapter are the basic quick two components (and spacer washers) I did to get it running again since mine was dead. For the battery connection to the alternator, if you don't do new wiring, the lug needs to be bored out a bit to clear the new connection point. Quick dremel work got it on there. oh, and a spacer of sorts as mentioned. Read up on the link in blackdawgs frankenstein build link. Great info and pictures.

    I made a thread, people signed up, a sticker vender agreed to make the stickers, people paid, vender sent out stickers. That's how. I do want to design my own sticker but I haven't had any good ideas yet
