    Had a pinion seal leak that's been slowly getting worse. Replaced it today but the 6'oclock end of the new seal went in about 1/8th of an inch deeper than it should have, mind you I tapped it in very softly and evenly. I tried to tap the 12'oclock end of the seal to make it equal all the way around but it wouldn't budge. Put FPIG on the splines and buttoned everything back up. Took her for a test drive and now all the oil that was in my diff has painted every inch of my truck from the pinion back.

    Not stoked at all. Pulling the whole 3rd member to take to a shop tomorrow:bananadead:

    lol I don't need to be reminded. Can be a good warning if others use my truck and try to put 87 in which will cause it to knock like crazy.

    I mainly got it because I saw the original trd kit came with similar decals which I thought was cool. I didn't get any decals with my used kit. I like to try to keep things original. I poked around on eBay and found these decals and figured I'd give it a shot.

    If it begins to bother me at any point I'll just pull it off.

    thanks so far I have almost finished from the front to the back of the cab. Angle grinder with wire disk, wire cup and a poly grinding disk was very useful in rust removal along with degreasing and powerwashing at the dollar wash.

    Extended breather, Grey Wire mod, Tundra brakes, Rockford-Fosgate sound, General Spring HDs, 5100s + 880s, Heated Seats, TRD Supercharger, 2.1 Pulley, URD 7th Kit
    Replaced ever part of the entire suspension (upgraded to OME kit while I was in there), all bushings on the truck except cab mounts and tightened up all steering knuckles. Changed oil / filter, power steering fluid and cleaned up some under hood wiring. Should be good for another 140k.
