How far you've come! Just a few weeks ago you were worried about desert pin stripes from trail runs and now you're bolting on sliders!

I've got no steps and my wife, daughter and granddaughter all have to "climb" into the truck. LOL! I am up in the Vista Ridge development across from Municipal Drive.

 

It'll start slow, with @ChadsPride taking it on a trail road out to a primitive camp site with the wifey. Nothing major, just a little dust and maybe some holes to avoid. Then maybe he'll drive out to Hidden Falls, intending to ride passenger on the trails, never taking his truck off the main road past Area B. "But that trail up to the tower is really easy, just some rocks and hills, and my truck has enough lift to do that!" he'll think to himself. And that picture at sunset would make a really good signature shot... and just think of all the likes (and gasps!) when that photo hits his build thread!

"It won't get scratched, there aren't any trees on that path," he'll reason to himself. "Fine, just to the tower and back."

He makes it to the tower and gets his perfect sunset shot, and his white knuckle grip on the steering wheel softens on the way back down to camp. "That wasn't so bad!" the voice inside tells him. "Maybe this puppy can handle a few more of the trails than I thought!"

Fast forward 6 months to his 4x4 converted, dual locker SAS offroad beast, barely looking at what's ahead of him as he barrels around on his 40" wheels at Wolf Caves.

Heading to CO this Friday a little earlier than planned gonna do some wheeling but don't have the time to install my new parts.

 

Speaking of trails. Are there any good places to go do some light off-roading around here that aren't private land?
