Lots of bolt on chrome stuff
Me too. I went TRD Sport package because it's pretty, then added my own damn locker.

IIRC you can have a professional weld on the frame, but you need to be able to produce documentation showing that it was done by someone certified and blah blah. I think the intention is to prevent people from hacking up frames in their backyard.. which I get, but is also exactly what I'd like to do :(

Yeah I remember that. I was just pointing out that when your third is out on a work bench you don't technically have a locker in your truck. But whatevs, another failed attempt at humor.

Huh. So if my certified mechanic was the one who welded my sliders on... I'm cool? Good to know!

I haven't done it TO my truck yet, but soon.

Also I'm scared. Because next step is getting UCAs to make extra sure the alignment is good. Then new tires to fill the extra space. Oh, and the stock backspacing really isn't great, so new wheels too. But then it'll be a little under powered, so I'll have to address that. Of course, by doing that I'll need to upgrade the clutch to handle the power. Oh, and brakes too, gotta stop it...

My wallet just ran and hid under the couch.
