Called all over town this morning and nobody has a fan in stock. I placed an order at the Toyota dealer and they should have it before noon tomorrow

    Don't know
Most likely from what I can imagine

After the recent monsoon here in Arkansas, I discovered that my truck is leaking again :annoyed:

    IMG_1455.jpg

It rained so much that we had some good flooding in places.

I actually had too much fun and splashed so much water up that some went down the snorkel. I had to get out and spin the head around backwards. Lol

Where the ram intake head is mounted. The hole that leads down into the body of the snorkel.

Just finished my last final for this semester. Going to be spending a week here in Arkansas to do the annual inspection on the plane, then go home to Texas and have a maintenance party on the truck. I'm thinking I'll do:
    Oil and filter
    Transmission flush
    Power steering fluid
    Grease Ujoints
    Transfer case fluid
    Front and rear diff fluid
    Install synthetic winch line
    Check brake pads and shoes

Coolant only has 18,000 on it so I reckon it's okay.

Brake fluid has 10,000 on it so I'll leave that alone too.

Random question. Does anyone know what this random weight looking thing is and what it's for? Only thing I can think of is it's some type of balancer or counterweight for something....

I asked the same question 2 year ago. I've had mine off for quite sometime. It's not super noticeable.

I didn't want to have it get ripped off when out wheeling. That was also when I didn't have my belly skid.

If you're going to be building a belly skid, just embrace that it's going to be heavy, and do use 1/4" plate. It should never bend or break under any circumstance.

I was planning on 1/4 since it's pretty much totally flat. I don't care about weight anymore, haha
