Just like any good thing people had to fuck it up here. It was setup where it didn't matter how old you were as long as you were a resident of the state you could receive this scholarship. Not it's where you can only be out of high school here for so long before you're not eligible. Was a great thing for people who needed something for work but had a hard time paying for school. Now you see a bunch of people just using it to go to school and not do anything afterward.

Nice. Maybe one day I'll build something for long range. I track or still stalk while hunting so long range really isn't a needed item when 50% of the shots are running.

I sport an old 30 06 Remington 760 or the occasional 700 BDL in 7 mm Rem Mag both are pre 1980's rifles.
