You can actually BUILD a business by NOT running over people. Good employees stay because of good treatment.

I have a poster hanging in my office; It says, "Employees don't quit a job, they quit a boss".

I try to be the boss that employees love to work for and show respect. I usually get that by treating them the way I hope to be treated in return. It seems to work. My dept has the most stability of any here.

Yea I dont have a lot of openness being in the Texas Hill Country but still want to build a badass rifle. I am debating on which barrel to get and which chassis. I am leaning towards MDT for their ESS or LSSXL chassis since they are going to be the same price anyway.
