Just text me when you shoot over this way. I'm gonna head over to the property owners association after school, and get my sticker and card so I don't have to take trails into the parks anymore.

There are like 5-6 parks in lago. I think the closest one to @Texoma is bar-k. If that's the case then the fishing well is probably 1/2 mile down the road from where your talking about.

okay yeah! so basically there's two parts to bar-k. Theres the park part, then the marina/fishing well part. The park is probably better if your gonna be chunking some lures the well is better for live bait, and jigging.

 

Morning, wish I could attend leaving tomorrow morning to Colorado for a funeral. Gonna do some wheeling up there gonna try to get some pics.

 

Yup, It's Bar K park. The fishing well kind of sucks unless you got beer n bait, or its bad weather out, which may be the case today.

Catch perch, use their heads as bait, catch yuuuuuuggggggeee catfish

 

my buddies that are SUPER into fishing (pro-am tournament fishers) have been absolutely SLAYING the flatheads lately. I'm talking 10-15 pounders are the smallest ones they catch and they usually end up with 10 or so total by the end of the day.

 

Problem is, I gave my pops all my rods when he moved up to alaska. Except for my lightweight spinning rod/reel that I fish for crappie and bass with. I need to go by me a good catfish set up.
