Well you can use the Toyota's Super Long Life coolant which is the pink stuff or buy the aftermarket equivalent.

If shi* was to hit the fan, your typical coolant will do. You NEED that in there MAINLY, by FAR, to help keep your water pump "lubed"!!! If you run straight water, which you CAN do for emergency situations, then go ahead and do it. But yeah, the coolant is also needed for its lubing properties. Ever notice that it feels a bit "oily"?

Anyways, with that said, if you want to buy the actual manuf specific brand, then go ahead and do it. Certain things I will "let go" and/or put another way, not use a manuf specific brand not because I don't "care for my car/truck", but you simply don't have to spend that extra cash for something that, quite frankly, really isn't necessary?! But, THAT is just me and I have had cars that would last well past 200k (i.e. my old Dodge Shadow for example was well past its life simply because I changed the oil every 3-5k miles).

Looks like your overflow is just low and like @goblue82 Greg said, "evaporation happens"!!!

    Just my 2cents!!!

By the way Ron, ever since you brought the Foo Fighters up I was thinking about them just now?! Obviously, stuck in the back of my mind:notsure::thumbsup:. Just an AWESOME group. I haven't heard them in a LONG TIME!!! I LOVE the lyrics and especially the instrumental for "Everlong":fistbump::cheers::bowdown::headbang::rockband:

Yeah, if you want your ditch lights near the windshield/hood corners, you need a bracket. Mine are made by CBI Off-road, but there are others out there as well. I want to say they costed me around $50 for the pair, which is a bit expensive and there MIGHT be cheaper ones in price, but MAN, those things are SOLID!!!

Assuming I don't have a job yet, I'll help you if you want. I don't have the most expensive tool set, as they're a mixture of HF, Sears, Home Depot, etc, but they have served me well for quite some time!!!

Just set a date and I'll try to help. Weekends I am typically with my mom, but the weekdays I am "free" because no job yet. Just let me know bro.

LMAO!!! All you have to do is sell your truck, house, dog/cat/fish/bird/lizard, get rid of the gf/wife, sell the kids, etc etc etc and THEN just reach WAAAAAY DOWN into the deepest part of your pockets and pull out the lint and loose change of pennies!!! :D:rofl:  That's how I would be able to afford a Porsche, LOL!!!:fistbump::cheers::rofl:
